- Work with department Supervisor and Maintenance Planner - Purchaser to ensure accurate inventory levels through consistent cycle counting and monitoring.
- Maintain rebuildable spares inventory.
- Maintain accurate parts lists by equipment within SAP
- Implement improvement ideas on Parts locations / accessibility
- Assist Maintenance Planner/Purchasing in PO related activities including issuing / receiving / invoice resolution.
- Actively participate to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained in terms of safety, environment, quality, and efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, COUPA, & SAP and any other programs associated with the performance of assigned duties.
