- Ensure raw materials used for production are in accordance to the specifications given in the Job data sheet.
- Feed the bin with the raw material as per the Bill of Materials (BOM) and take assistance from the helpers as and when instructed by the Supervisors.
- Operate the allocated machine and do the required process settings in accordance to the specifications of the product.
- Follow correct procedure of machine startup and shutdown to minimize start up time wastage and/or scrap rejection.
- Observe alarm warning indicator on machine and take appropriate action to ensure that machine runs without any active alarm.
