As a Loyalty Partnership Officer, you will support Privilege Club program objectives by onboarding partner airlines that add value to the brand whilst managing and developing existing partner relationships to drive revenue, member engagement, improved reporting and processes to enhance member experience and program growth. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also: • Monitor and manage the onboarding process of new airline partners for the Privilege club program • Facilitate the execution of contracts and other partner onboarding and management related documentation for the airline partnerships vertical • Define and establish processes for accrual, redemption and benefits for Privilege Club members and members of partner airlines on QR and Partner services • Conduct benchmarking exercises ensuring Privilege Club proposition is competitive & remains best in market Review partner contracts (legal documents), liaising with Legal and Contract Departments to ensure that the business is compliant and that all elements of the agreement are leveraged to benefit the business. Coordinate launch of new airline partners and benefits with internal stakeholders to achieve maximum publicity and exposure to drive member acquisition, retention, experience and engagement • Support implementation, review and performance tracking of OneWorld initiatives to ensure seamless member experience across the Alliance • Liaise with partners and internal teams to construct attractive campaigns that drive member engagement while supporting business objectives • Conduct detailed analysis, reporting, accurate billing and settlement reconciliation for all airline partners • Prepare reports outlining performance/opportunities of airline partners for leadership and partner meetings.
