Job Description

- Notifies planner when shipment exceptions occur. Assists in investigation and resolution of Transportation Management System errors that prevent shipment execution. Reviews Transportation Management Systems plan regarding freight consolidation, mode selection, carrier selection and continuous move techniques and alerts the planner of necessary adjustments. Assists in executing carrier tenders and managing tender rejections.
