Logistics Services Coordinator

ZenTech Health is currently hiring in Winter Haven, FL for PRN Licensed Practical Nurse at a long-term care-skilled facility. Pay rate$30/hr for shifts 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm. $32/hr shift 11pm-7am.

Requirements:

• Hold a Current and active LPN license in the state of Florida or have a multi-state LPN license
  
• Clear in AHCA with a level II background check
  

• Conducts daily resident rounds to assess physical and mental health status.
  
• Implements any required nursing interventions and documents appropriately.
  
• Coordinates admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
  
• Informs the charge nurse or others (as appropriate) informed about the status of residents and related matters.
  
• Participate in resident and family education relating to resident care
