Duties

Summary

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) of NAVSUP FLC BAH GF, Bahrain.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyze logistics management systems to maintain support and evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of operating programs and their interrelationships; 2) Identify logistics deficiencies and recommend solutions involving supply chain management, material acquisition, manpower management and supply data management; 3) Utilize logistics systems, data management and processing programs to assist in developing logistics support requests, reporting, and plans; and 4) Review contract requirements and administration regulations, policies, and procedures to recommend revisions or alterations regarding the contracting of material and services.
