Currently operating in Kuwait the UAE and Saudi Arabia Cari comes to you from the same folks who brought you Carriage the original revolutionary food delivery app. As the birth place of Cari Kuwait has very specific needs when it comes to logistics and food delivery so we are looking for a logistics operations coordinator who can take part in our drive to provide top notch delivery services for both our partners and customers.

• Monitoring the food order life cycle from the time it is placed to the time it is delivered.
• Managing order assignment based on rider availability.
• Identifying and troubleshooting rider issues with an aim at improving rider performance.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to maximize efficiency and customer/partner experience.

Requirements

We want to hear from you if:

• You have a good knowledge of Kuwaits geographic areas.
• Have previous experience with delivery operations (experience with food delivery services is a plus)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (excel outlook)
• Have exceptional time management and communication skills
• Can work under tremendous pressure especially during peak delivery hours
• Have no issues working on a shift basis 6 days a week.
• Currently reside in Kuwait and have a valid transferrable Article 18 visa
