Job Description

- Remote support of onsite engineers and end users-customers during installation.
- Support users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
- Responsible for Technology integration and configuration of routing and switching equipment.
- Deploy and configuring PCs, Workstations and Laptops.
- Handle Outlook configurations and support.
- To monitor, escalate and follow up of issues as per SLA
- To create incident of issues using Trouble Ticket Tool
- le End user support, getting remote access using TeamViewer
- Responsible for technical documentation like daily shift and ticket reports
- Handle Email and call corporate customers for all technical support issues follow-up
- Assure Permanent surveillance of network, systems, and security components monitored by the NOC
- Acknowledgement of alarms raised at the NOC and first level problem resolution following up
- Troubleshooting and ticketing ownership authenticate open, update, own and close tickets.
- Responsible for Statistics gathering, management reporting, on demand reporting.
- Assure Procedure feedback and initiation.
- Expert at Level 1 technical support on all IDC (Internet Data Center) products and solutions.
- Handle all other assigned responsibilities
