- Supporting GCCF Legal function in its aim to ensure issuance of accurate, reliable contracts for all company transactions. Driving the Legal team in terms of drafting, reviewing and finalizing all types of contracts including managing business priorities and dealing with urgent contracts under pressure while ensuring compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations. Providing legal advice to functions in GCCF including corporate, civil, commercial and labor law queries. Ensuring PEP trademark portfolio is maintained and protected by advising on new brand launches, advertising campaigns, sponsorships and collaborations in GCCF markets.
