Job Description:
1. Talent Acquisition
o Responsible for end to end recruitment life-cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, Salary negotiation and on boarding.
o Act as strategic business partner by knowing the competitors in order to have the right pool of candidates for the various requirements of the company.
o Discussing and managing with multiple stake holders, understanding their manpower requirement and recruiting the best talent from market by being directly involving as HR panelist.
o Sourcing talent through various recruitment sources like job portals, various professional networking sites, internal database, Internal References.
o Organizing and conducting Walk-In drives at various locations across India.
o Creating own data bank, generated huge data of reference for Sr. Level candidates, which helps to close the sr. level positions with reasonably good time.
o Having hands on work experience on success factors in Recruitment module, performing various actions like creating Position Code, Generating Link for recruitment, Initiating onboarding activities.
o Preparing various Service Industry Benchmark related to various HR policy.
2. MIS Operations.
o Responsible for Preparing monthly, Bi Monthly and quarterly MIS
o Preparing the various data regarding Monthly Joiners Leavers, Monthly and yearly attrition Report, Training and Development, HR Cost, Manpower Index, attrition Analysis, Manpower Analysis Etc.
o Creating Organograms / Position Structures and updating up of present employee database.
o Preparing various reports on daily basis like HRIS, Attendance report, BRM, etc.
3. People management process & Employee Services
o Responsible for on boarding and joining formalities of new entrants.
o Working on payroll and performing various actions like Hiring, Conformation, Probation extension, Transfer, Pre- Separation, Separation, No dues form etc.
o Processing for various employee benefit schemes.
o Handling all kind of employee grievances
o Maintaining employee's database and ensuring completion of personal files' formulation a competitive and future friendly approach to ensure retention.
o Exit formalities: Exit Interviews, Attrition analysis.
4. Induction:-
o Handling Induction program for new joiners and ensures their complete understanding about the organization and their respective department.
o Giving HR induction to new joiners and explaining the HR policy and employee handbook.
o Documentation of records as per guidelines for Audit purpose.
5. Employee Engagement:-
o Preparing Yearly Employee Engagement Calendar
o To Organize and execute various Employee Engagement activity like on spot reward , Meeting Minds, Family Connect, Buddy Review, Quarterly and annually reward and recognition program, Festival Celebration, Employee Long Service awards, Annual Function , CSR Activities Etc.
6. Innovation Drive at Work Place:-
o To coordinate Innovation drive running in the office.
o To Organize and execute Innovation meeting with various departments and to motivate them to generate new Ideas.
o To follow up with the Innovation review team and to get evaluate new generated ideas.
o Organizing and Idea celebration and to appreciate the Idea contributors.
