- Initiate and implement programs for continuous improvement and measurable metrics.
- Research and identify current L&D industry best practices for continuous improvement and development.
- Design and develop quality assurance programs that result in continuous improvements in workflow efficiencies
- Participated in company-wide implementation of learning management by working with different department and stakeholders
- Develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness.
- Conducted needs assessment, selected and coached the presenters, and evaluated program effectiveness.
- Developed and implemented blended curriculum for project management training, incorporating e-learning, hands-on workshops, self-directed learning and mentor-guided coaching.
- Proven record of successful L & D project roll out and implementation
