Other key responsibilities are: • Work with Supply Chain Manager to define team’s strategy and implement an effective and lean repair management process. • Drive continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and best practice with colleagues including training of new staff to deliver the teams KPIs such as SDR’s not to exceed above 10 days, not exceed by 5% and invoice to be approved before the due date. • Actively work with the on MDD’s / critical spares and source for alternate options to ensure that all MDD’s are catered before the expiry date. • As required, consult and liaise with the aircraft / component manufacturer and repair agencies regarding technical data to resolve or clarify issues related to the parts used during repairs of aircraft parts, tooling and other materials. Qualifications About You Dynamic and competent candidate to join the must possess the following: • Qualification of High School, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential with minimum of 4 years job-related experience. • Knowledgeable of Aircraft Materials Tooling & Equipment • Sound understanding in safety management, aircraft operating processes and supply chain planning principles • Previous experience on an AOG Desk is a must & desirable. Managing demands for materials and supplies. • Experience in liaising with Maintenance Control, Operations, Engineers, Suppliers and quickly responding to AOG situations.
