Demand/ Lead Generation Manager

TryHackMe, the fastest-growing cyber security training platform, serves over three million global users and more than 200 businesses. We provide guided, gamified, hands-on training that caters to all skill levels and covers various security areas, including both offensive and defensive security.

Position Summary:

The Global Demand Generation Manager is a highly motivated all-around professional with a talent for building and executing integrated campaigns that drive awareness and measurable impact. The Demand Generation Manager reports to the Head of Marketing. This is currently an independent contributor role with the potential to grow into a larger team based on success.

Your main responsibilities will include building and managing integrated B2B campaigns across the US, Canada, and the EMEA. B2B is a relatively new function in this organisation, which means you will be required to support the Head of Marketing in building the foundations of a successful B2B Marketing function to scale in the future.

What you will be doing:

Execute the B2B and Education campaign strategy across multiple channels, including email campaigns, local and global events, trade shows, advertising, social media and masterclasses to raise awareness and drive new leads.

Support on Account Based Marketing campaigns as well as 1:Many and 1:Few campaigns

Take advantage of the B2C2B inbound motion in order to support the sales team in new leads.

Establish a weekly and monthly cadence to monitor and assess campaign results and adjust campaign strategies as needed.

In conjunction with the Head of Marketing, collaborate with sales to align quarterly objectives, including pipeline development and leads per month/quarter, providing support in refining overall regional strategy and developing new campaigns.

Participate in reviewing global digital and social campaigns and strategies, make recommendations on ways to maximise depending on desired results, goals and KPIs, and modify digital strategies for regional execution where needed.

Define inbound and outbound motion for the organisation and build a successful structure for this together with the head of marketing.

Ensure all activities are documented in the internal project management tool, monitor and ensure roadblocks and issues are identified and escalated with appropriate mitigation recommendations.

You must be:

A fast learner who can quickly grasp the intricacies of a complex business.

Able to connect with senior stakeholders and effectively execute on multiple projects.

A creative and natural communicator, skilled at managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Extremely strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, particularly cross-organization and cross-function.

Experienced project manager with a high level of organisation and ability to hit deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal communication, action and results-oriented.

Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

Strong analytical skills

Qualifications and Experience:

3+ years in a Field Marketing role, including event and campaign management, preferably in a B2B, cyber security organisation or online education platform.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English are a must

HubSpot and/or other task management tools are desired but not a requirement

Previous experience in B2C2B a plus
