Lead Full Stack Engineer

Countly is a product analytics solution that helps organizations track product performance, user journey, and behavior across mobile, web, and desktop applications.

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our international team. Someone passionate about using data to help organizations transform and improve their businesses.

You’ll join Countly and work on our SaaS Product - Countly Flex, having the opportunity to scale a platform that was launched last year and has been growing its customer base.

You will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to ensure the platform evolves further and help our current team members develop their skills. This role is critical for our product's sustainability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Improvement of Countly Flex by adding new features and fixing bugs
• Design and improve the current system architecture to support growth and scale
• Analyze the best technologies that can improve and facilitate the team's work
• Report project status and progress directly to the CTO and CEO by implementing KPIs and metrics that ensure performance and quality
• Working closely with the Product team, putting their inputs into action
• Help our DevOps team integrate, scale, and upgrade Countly Flex
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize customers' onboarding process, minimize friction, and improve the overall platform
• Create a improve team processes that facilitate the information flow
• Act as a mentor, giving feedback, setting goals, and helping team members further develop their skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience working as a Full Stack Engineer
• Experience working with System Architecture and creating a scalable product
• Previous Experience Leading a Development team
• Proficiency with TypeScript, NodeJS, VueJS
• Experience working with MongoDB and Redis
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
