Lead Front End Engineer

Countly is a product analytics solution that helps organizations track product performance, user journey, and behavior across mobile, web, and desktop applications.

You’ll join Countly as the first Front-End Engineer responsible for creating this area. You will work closely with our design and engineering teams to develop and improve our user interface. This role is critical for our product's sustainability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of the FE development, creating an elevated and visually appealing user experience
• Maintain and Improve the overall Front End, guaranteeing a seamless and consistent visual experience for users
• Work on highly complex UI-driven Interfaces
• Create and maintain VueJS components that other engineering teams will use
• Continuously improve Countly's Platform by adding new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing speed and load time
• Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure user interfaces are implemented according to the design guidelines
• Identify potential design and user experience issues and solve them
• Act as a mentor for the team, giving feedback, setting goals, and helping team members further develop their skills
• Facilitate the information flow and decision-making inside the team and cross-team communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working as a Front End Engineer with JavaScript and VueJS
• Previous experiences working as a Graphic Designer, UX/UI, or Product Design
• Experience Implementing complex User Interfaces Components
• Capacity to identify user experience problems and solve them in the code
• Ability to code Pixel-perfect user interfaces
• Attention to detail (e.g.pixel alignment, spacing, typography, etc.)
• Team Leading Experience (including estimating tasks, delegating, mentoring, giving feedback, setting goals, etc.)
• Advanced English Skills
