• Oversee the planning and cost control activities of all projects. • Implement policies and procedures related to planning, cost control and coordination. • Assist in the establishment of planning & cost control guideline that will standardize all planning and cos control activities of the department. • Monitor the overall progress of all projects – actual versus plan and create forecast until project reaches completion.
