Job Description

- Manage BIM Model and Drawing production considering design brief compliance, completeness & accuracy
- Consider design brief compliance, coordination, completeness and accuracy in design delivery.
- Act as a Lead Reviewer on complex projects to drive quality assurance through QA/QC process
- Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team
- Adopt creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documentation to support technical solutions
- Develop specific, standardized procedures to achieve project requirements and deadlines
- Prepare designs, sketches, diagrams, reviews and edits specifications
- Manage preparation of and checks material schedules and sample boards
- Manage shop drawings and samples to ensure drawings and materials match Pace designs & specifications
- Develop knowledge of Pace’s QM procedures
