Job Description

  • Aligns the learning development plan with the organizational plan to contribute to the organizational strategy.
  • Assess the individual and organizational needs through surveys, performance management reviews and communication with the stakeholders of different departments.
  • Prepare the training plans and calendar on yearly basis addressing the training requirements and communicate it across the organization.
  • Tracks budgets, negotiates contracts, builds and maintains relationships with third-party training providers.
  • Creates or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Delivers training programs with adult learning principles using various delivery methods.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Sourcing and recommending vendors and other external partners to design, develop, and/or deliver learning solutions where external learning interventions are required.
  • Plans, organizes, and delivers company orientation to the new joining employees during induction.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Drive the Performance management cycle in the organization across the year on a quarterly intervention through Performance management module in ERP.
  • Manage the learning activities through learning management system.
  • Lead the project of apprenticeship program and national capability building programs in the organization. Prepare and present the training reports, performance management reports to the management.
  • Conduct annual employee engagement surveys, present to the management and follow-up to close the challenges.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
