- Develop annual plans for quality programs and their applications and follow up on compliance with performance quality standards.
- Improve plans and periodic programs to expand the circle of knowledge on the importance and requirements of quality performance including training in dealing with its applications.
- Developing executive programs to monitor defects in the performance quality and points of breach in quality systems and procedures.
- Preparing studies and research related to conformity with international standards and procedures.
- Organizing the guidelines and instructions related to quality performance.
- Work within a team of specialists with consulting companies to prepare studies necessary for the management.
- Planning and discussing technical reports, correspondences and presentations related to work.
