- Educational background in a life science discipline with an outstanding record of academic achievement
- Internships or work experience in life science related areas such as pharmacology, biotech, pharmaceutical and medical products, chemicals, medical affairs, healthcare and public health, etc.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Fluency in English and Arabic
