Education and training:
Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree may be beneficial.
Experience:
Experience in key account management or sales.
Experience working with large clients and managing relationships with them.

A deep understanding of the industry in which the client operates, with knowledge of industry trends and challenges.
Personal skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts effectively.
