Talentry is looking for a skilled Bioinformatics Engineer or Scientist to help build informatics pipelines, integrate with LIMS systems, provide feedback on optimization for internal and external partners, and automate laboratory operations.

The appropriate Sr. or Lead Bioinformatician for this role will use their knowledge of bioinformatics to optimize software, systems, and pipelines, to improve workflows and manage high-throughput data.

Requirements

BS in informatics, engineering, computer science, math, etc.

5+ years of bioinformatics experience.

High-throughput data experience

Demonstrated python expertise.

Proven Mentorship experience.

Proven experience working with instrument data outputs (PCR, Flow Cytometry, Imagers, NGS, etc.)
