Junior Application Support Officer

VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.

VAM Systems is currently looking for Junior Application Support officer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

The Application Support officer role is to assist in the application support process by troubleshooting issues raised by various users within the applications being supported by Information Technology and working with all team members on identifying common issues to be resolved within the agreed timeframe.

EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years’ experience in business analysis and application development.

• Experience in working in a small to medium team size to deliver successful projects.

• Ability to communicate with business and technical teams efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.

• Background in development and SQL

KEY COMPETENCIES

Technical:

• Experience and comfort with Agile methodologies
• Ability to understand the documentation requirements of requests and problems
• Understand integration and system testing methodology
• Ability to analyze user requirements proactively
• Ability to decide on a reasonable plan to resolve issues and estimate the required efforts for it

Terms and conditions

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in Bahrain.
