Functional Responsibilities:
1. Monitors all IT Alerts.
2. Validate Alerts and determine Impact (Event).
3. Based on impact - promote the event to the appropriate Priority as defined in our ITSM
4. Notify the Service Desk, Tier 3 support, TAM, and RTAM of the Event.
5. Report issues to Service Providers / Vendors.
6. Set up a technical support bridge.
7. Provide support by providing logs/alerts before and during events to support teams.
8. Optimize Alerting by eliminating False Positives.
9. Communicate Critical Event status and impact to Management Staff (i.e.Supervisor,
