- Be responsible for the day to day operations of the federal collaboration suite of tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
- Support tracking of key metrics and KPIs to ensure efficient and effective utilization of end-user productivity, communication and collaboration tools and services
- Follows and Supports change management processes for all collaboration tools
- Work closely with the identity and access management team to ensure appropriate access to collaboration tools
- Ensure 24/7 the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our internal customers for collaboration tools
- This job requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Due to the dynamic nature of the business, self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly are essential
