• Asset management
  Manage information technology infrastructure networking server cctv pbx
  Proactive planning of resources maintenance and purchase
  Daily support task of end users
  Corporate with vendors through purchase / maintenance etc opening tender

• CRM and ERP
  Overlook business needs by ongoing analysis with the cooperation of system actors
  Corporate with SLA partners in order to achieve business goals within used CRM & ERP
  Manage and solve tickets and daily support requests by end users
  Work with case actors in providing proper reporting from the system
  Conduct regular training and on regular base training sessions
  Work with the executive and management team to study their departments needs and provide suggestions on best ways to achieve it
  Open tenders for purchasing systems and tools

  Overlook website security
  Coordinate with the marketing department and vendor in optimizing website SEO performance accessibility
  Study possible integration with websites and in house/ outsource tools and systems
