IT Specialist

Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:

You will be required to apply your knowledge and expertise to providing IT technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware & Software Management.
• Anticipate and report the cost of getting, replacing or updating company devices and its’ accessories.
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems. Ability to troubleshoot networks, computers, and devices is required.
• Configure Extended devices like monitors, adapters, computer accessories of all kinds.
• Implement security measures, protect organization infrastructure from intrusion or corruption.
• Endpoint security-handle anti-virus management, check the status of updates and managing licenses.
• Handle Installation of employee operating systems, backup and restore of data files, check utilization & availability.
• Scanning the technical job opening roles, interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer since or information system or related filed.
• 1-3 experience Technical support
• Located in Jeddah

Skills & Abilities:

• Any IT certification, required
• Proficient in several programming languages
• Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiar with a range of software and hardware
• Previous technical support role
