The elearning platform project manager will manage and develop strategic and operational plans for projects and products and supervise their progress in order to ensure the completion of projects within the specified period and not exceeding the budgets and resources allocated to the project and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction

The job responsibilities of the elearning project manager

  • Preparing the project plan and detailed work plans to activate the elearning system for clients
  • Work with the systems analyst to manage the scope of work by defining the project scope of work (what works will be part of the project and what works will be outside the scope of work that is not part of the project)
  • Work with the systems analyst to prepare a Gap Analysis document and send development requests to the Development Department
  • Determine the development needs (product/services / system) for the elearning product according to the highest international standards and in line with the bestspecialized programs in the field of the elearning management system (Learning Management System LMS) and in accordance with the needs of projects
  • Determining the developmental requirements of clients and coordinating with the Partners Success Department to determine priority
  • Time Management and setting a schedule for the project
  • Cost Management and determine project costs and project budget
  • Quality Management in all aspects related to the project from product quality service quality communication quality and others
  • HR Management identifying resources for each project and managing them at the lowest costs and highest productivity in coordination with the rest of the companys departments
  • Direct supervision of the project supervisors (the work team) training them following up their work and submitting periodic reports on their performance and on the projects they supervise
  • Promote team building and productive work to enhance the development paths of team members through daily supervision performance appraisal and practical assignments
  • Communication Management where it sets a comprehensive plan for communication that includes a matrix of powers communication mechanism reports and others
  • Field visits to clients
  • Periodic meetings with clients
  • Direct supervision of the project supervisors (the work team) training them following up their work and submitting periodic reports on their performance and on the projects they supervise
  • Promote team building and productive work to enhance the development paths of team members through daily supervision performance appraisal and practical assignments
  • Direct supervision of customers and raising the level of customer satisfaction
  • Risk Management developing a plan for managing potential risks proposed solutions to prevent their occurrence solutions in the event of their occurrence and alternative plans
  • Managing the parties to the project Stakeholder Management By managing the relationship with these people and everyone who affects or is affected by the project positively or negatively
  • Integration Management and ensuring the integration of all previous tasks to achieve the success story He also works with the integration team to ensure the integration of all systems that we provide to the client in order to achieve the concept of comprehensive digital transformation in the field of education
  • Continuous update of usage guides and videos
  • Ensure that the education institutions and agencies implement the system with the highest efficiency
  • Follow up on the financial record and dues for each of the parties to the contract and follow up on financial payments
  • Matching the actual numbers of trainees in educational institutions and agencies as agreed upon in the contracts
  • Scheduling and implementing basic and refresher training for employees of education agencies and institutions
  • Direct support to education agencies and institutions and solve problems if any
  • Daily review of technical support tickets from education agencies and institutions
  • Work with the sales department to raise product sales
  • Work with the Marketing Department to identify points of sale/differentiation of the product and support marketing
