Prioritizes, analyzes, executes, and supports business application for Power International Holding. Provides program and project status updates. Oversees workflow changes and developing technology roadmaps and vendor analysis. Establishes and maintains relationships with all stakeholders.

• Leads the portfolio related to Application support function, identify requirements/expectations for the support team to align with business objectives.
• Builds the appropriate escalation process.
• Assists Direct Manager for Managing IT strategies and processes.
• Defines and executes support release strategy
