Job Description

- Implement and coordinate the process to consult and cooperate with business users in determining and clarifying their current and future needs. Ensure full documentation of request and respective analysis performed, orchestrate plans and manage applications delivery that meets and exceed user needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders within KFAS to understand and identify business needs required to enhance business effectiveness and efficiency.
- Source, identify and recommend the selection and management of application systems vendors and third-party service providers to meet the KFAS’s information systems objectives ensuring all policies and procedures are complied with.
- Support the management of System integration testing (SIT) to ensure all relative test scenarios are identified and executed. Facilitate Business Acceptance testing (BAT) by leading end users and guiding them throughout testing.
- Adhere to the policies of Deployment by having fully documented release instructions thus minimizing down-time and the probability of error during Application Deployment
- Perform unit testing after the development of new pieces of code based on Best Practices and International Standards and ensure full documentation is presented as evidence in moving the code & testing.
- Evaluate current trends in the market and develop or coordinate with vendors in providing to IT Manager and eventually to Businees with Pilots as proofs of concept prototypes that might address business needs.
