- Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of clients’ Oracle Cloud HCM applications
- Analyze and understand the enterprise application landscape, define and implement integration strategy between HCM ERP cloud and downstream systems,
- Build data migration strategy, advise on data privacy and data security best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their capacity and needs to ensure continued success and effective usage of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Engage in proactive suggestions for optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems.
