- Plan using the school's curriculum, effective strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all students ensuring that lessons are well planned with differentiating instructions, engaging content, planned learning is delivered and a love of learning is promoted.
- Instructional Delivery
- Effectively engage students in learning by using a variety of differentiated instructional strategies to meet individual student learning needs, including help for students needing additional learning support, working with Resource teachers, including EAL and learning differences specialists, to support the learning needs of all students.
- Assessment of/for Learning
- Systematically gather, analyse and use data to measure student progress and learning, guide instruction, provide timely feedback, inform own teaching and support curriculum development so that both students and the school achieve academic excellence.
