- Perform monthly physical stock/inventory audit at all Al Zain Jewellery Group’s warehouses, boutiques, treasury, tagging, etc.
- Perform monthly physical stock / inventory audit in accordance with SOIs and management guidelines to ensure all the required steps as per SOI are followed.
- Reconcile physical stock count with system records and generate stock check reports as per stipulated templates with required annexures.
- Perform monthly audit on Open AR, Open Approvals, Cash reconciliations in accordance with SOI.
