- Direct all activities to manage business relations and technical interconnections with international hubs, and bilateral relations. Manage Mobily international voice call (IDD service) volumes and quality in order to meet contractual and international telecom industry standards Manage Mobily GRX and IPX, signalling, and SMS Interworkingnegotiate relation with multiple suppliers, monitor utilization, recommend upgrade redundancy designs. Oversee testing and monitoring of end to end international call quality in support of customer experience objectives.
