Our client is one of the reputed operations in the facilities management industry providing facilities services & solutions to royal clients associated with them in the entire kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are looking to hire a kitchen & laundry engineer with one of their client sites based in Riyadh.
In this role, your responsibilities will not be limited but to some extent are as:
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and serviced to upkeep all equipment and avoid breakdown
- Perform preventive maintenance and completes the turnover quickly and efficiently to satisfy and meet the Guest needs
- Respond to breakdowns of types of equipment and be available in case of emergency and apply the appropriate action as per Hotel policy and standards
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests and colleagues health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
- You will handle all the planned maintenance of the equipment, and spare parts within budget., as well as coordinate with all other departments of the sites to maintain their equipment in good working order.
- Train & develop the skills of technicians and other staff involved in the daily usage of these types of equipment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should possess the following criteria:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a kitchen & laundry engineer
2. Should have a strong command to drive the technician force.
3. Must be able to handle troubleshooting & preventive maintenance breakdown smoothly.
4. Should be willing to work & based in Riyadh. Candidates within UAE, willing to relocate will be considered & given proper assistance.
