- Achieve the individual and the department sales target and expand customer base.
- Assist in develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop client base through prospecting, qualifying and approaching target customers in target market along with the current customers.
- Identifies and researches customer needs to develop designs and application of related products to meet the customer needs.
- Prepare and develop the drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.
- Prepare a final design that meets customer’s needs using the company’s approved design tools and related final product quotations.
- Prepares sales contract and all related documents to get it signed by the customer to close the deal.
- Put the best efforts to persuade customers to apply the full product range to their needs.
- Participates in providing inputs that might lead to the development of new products and modification of existing products in related parties.
- Take the responsibility for the development of the design based on the inputs from customers.
- Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion.
- Able to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of the designs.
- Properly feeds and utilizes the ERP system, Pre-Sales and Design applications and tools on timely fashion.
- Coordinate with the sales executives of the other divisions to create customers’ awareness of the company’s other services and products to increase cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with the back office team to follow-up the customer files and the required designs.
