The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Interior Design Associate who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a unique blend of design talent and client engagement skills. This role is ideal for someone who excels at understanding client needs, guiding them through the design process, and ensuring their vision comes to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design team to develop and refine design concepts that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates and insights throughout the design process.
• Conduct in-depth research to source materials and products that align with project goals and aesthetics.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications, utilizing design software such as AutoCAD.
• Coordinate effectively with team members, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in the creation and curation of visual and written content that reflects our brand's philosophy and design approach.
• Employ your keen sense of design and market awareness to guide clients in making informed decisions.
• Manage project documentation meticulously and adhere to established timelines and budgets.

Who You Are:

• You hold a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and have a passion for creating spaces that tell a story.
• You are adept at navigating fast-paced and diverse design settings, showcasing flexibility and creativity.
• Your communication skills are outstanding, enabling you to articulate design concepts clearly and build rapport with clients.
• You possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software, particularly AutoCAD, is essential. Knowledge of additional design tools is a plus.
• You are naturally inclined to stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques, and you're eager to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
