Job Description

- Performs a variety of assignments related to interior design studies including: conducting client interviews and building site surveys, programming, space planning and analysis, and preparation of construction documents.
- Develops design concepts and design criteria including furniture layouts and finish specifications.
- Researches interior products and provides recommendations for color, finish, and material selection.
- Writes construction specifications and prepares detailed requisitions for materials and furniture. Interfaces with suppliers as required.
- Reviews, approves, and issues detailed drawings and specifications prepared by others. Visits sites during construction process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinates day-to-day activities including relocation and inventory management.
