One of our esteemed clients in the Shipbuilding industry is currently seeking an Interim Finance Manager with 6 years of work experience to be based in Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join our clients team for a 12month assignment. The successful candidate will bring extensive financial expertise and managerial skills to oversee and optimize our financial operations during this interim period. This is a key role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Lead the development of financial forecasts budgets and strategic plans.
    • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
  2. Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Cash Flow Management:

    • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs.
    • Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
  4. Team Management:

    • Oversee the finance team providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the finance department.
  5. Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess financial risks implementing strategies to mitigate them.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
  6. Strategic Financial Advice:

    • Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decisionmaking.
    • Offer recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  7. Audit Coordination:

    • Facilitate and coordinate internal and external audits.
    • Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial principles regulations and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience:

  • 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Demonstrated success in financial planning analysis and reporting.

Contract Duration:12 months (with the possibility of extension)
