• Identify Interface Points (IP) & Stakeholders (Client, Subcontractors, Authorities, Neighbours)
• Establish communication channel for IP Stakeholders
• Plan and Manage Project Interface Timeline
• Ensure all specifications/drawings relating to IP are available and updated

• Plan and liaise with CMT to moblize adequate resources at Interface Points
• Ensure NOCs and Permit to Work available for Interface Points
