- Interact with customers to develop bespoke integration solutions for their data sources
- Create visual representations of systems, communications, and their inputs/outputs
- Develop system specifications in collaboration with technical customer requirements
- Analyze, debug and troubleshoot issues with the system to ensure its reliability and quality
- Provide technical support during deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
- As necessary, log issues, feature requests, or queries
- Work with other engineers to resolve wider system issues
