Job Description

- Monitoring the safety performance of supervision team and contractors on site
- Monitoring compliance with all occupational health and safety standards and use of personal protection equipment
- Participating in internal safety reviews and site audits/inspections
- Taking part in accident and incident investigation
- Checking observance of the permit to work systems
- Carrying out specialist HSE training for staff on site
- Preparing site safety reports
- Schedule regular and ad-hoc HSE audits; develop program audit within the organization
- Monitor environmental control activities including waste minimisation, and drive sustainability initiatives
- Development, implementation and monitoring of HSEQ procedures and policies
