- Providing Desktop/Laptop support for all users.
- Providing support for POS, receipt thermal printer and cash drawer
- Sound knowledge in office 365
- Maintaining and troubleshooting of printers and scanners
- Troubleshooting Hardware and Network related issues
- sound knowledge of Wireless routers and WAP and IP phones
- Maintaining CCTV cameras and biometric machines
- Manage and organize support tickets coming through email, phone or by person on daily basis promptly and effectively.
- Providing Support to end users for ERP applications
