- Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer.
- - Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. - Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Work with other team members to facilitate calls, manage work flow, and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
- Liaising with other salesman within the Group
- Noting down the suggestions and complaints made by the customers and report them management
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
