To be one of Lead Realty’s In- House Sales Agent, one must have vast knowledge and experience regarding the industry. He or she must possess a comely personality that gets along well with workmates and clients. Helpful, considerate, and witty in handling our elite set of clientele to problem-solve dilemmas to successfully meet their needs and wants. He or she must be familiar with different marketing platforms such as MS Office, and social platforms. Aspiring Real Estate Agents must also have a strong sales negotiation and communication skills that would boost his or her commission rate to its full capacity. Lastly, he or she should be honest, truthful, and diligent in doing tasks above anything else.
