- We currently offer an exciting career opportunity for a Hygiene Officer. Your main responsibility will be ensure the compliance of the Kitchen operations to the established HACCP standards of the hotel at all times. You will be required to educate a multi-cultural, multi-skilled team in the HACCP standards, and ensure compliance by constant training. You will be conducting regular Kitchen safety audits and recommend actions for improving the compliance in the Cleanliness, Maintenance, and any other areas of concern Develop checklists,
