- Responsible for hire-to-retire, employee life cycle process (pre-boarding, onboarding to exit process) for all META employees (including smooth handover to GENPACT).
- Required to support visa/immigration processes across UAE and Saudi Arabia; coordination with company providers.
- Responsible for timely and accurate payroll run and processes across META.
- Responsible for full utilization of Workday, ensuring data sanctity at all times and working closely with COEs , Genpact, supporting employees on all related system updates on a timely basis.
