Job Description
Education and qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Supplemental courses or certifications in human resources may be an added advantage.
Experience:
Experience in HR, either in similar positions or as part of an HR team.
Personal skills:
Good communication skills, whether dealing with employees or writing reports.
Ability to work individually and in a team.
Creative solutions and critical thinking skills.
Technical skills:
Familiarity with human resources management software (HRIS) and attendance and leave systems.
Good knowledge of information technology.
