Job Description

- Understand HR policies and procedures and communicate the same to employees if needed
- Point of contact with employees regarding Personnel issues such as leaves, salaries etc.
- Receive employees requests (leaves, certificates, etc), check, evaluate and process them in line with the approved policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance in recruitment functions and activities: sourcing applications, screening and filtering, arranging interviews, follow up with candidates, prepare employment contracts if needed, prepare joining reports if requested.
- Compiling and update employee's records (system and filing).
- Provide information if requested by higher management
- Generate reports related to personnel on regular basis or when requested
- Follow up regrading employees request; probation period and convert them to permanent / active employees.
- Prepare HR letters and certifications.
- Provide assistance in administrative services such as hotel reservations, leased cars, telecommunication companies, Insurance policies, travel arrangements
- Responsible for employees request; records / files
- Assist HR Team when needed or requested by director.
