Implementing procedures, systems, and forms for monitoring branch employees’ attendance and their various types of vacations, and amending the forms when needed, in addition to implementing an attendance monitoring system and ensuring their adherence to official working hours. Implementing policies and procedures for annual, sick, emergency and other leaves specified in the approved vacation and leaves policy, applying procedures for promotions, secondment, and termination of service, and recording all employee incidents in accordance with the approved systems and procedures. Dealing with employee complaints, comments, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner and effectively raising problems, if any, to the department director
